Interpersonal Groups with BrettBrett, a licensed clinical psychologist, has a strong commitment to providing high-quality individualized mental health care to adults and adolescents. Often he finds that people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, relationship challenges and personality disorders, begin a process of self discovery and heal with new found perspectives on who they truly are, not who they think they are.
Brett hosts group sessions for those who are seeking and wanting a safe container to express themselves. Interpersonal groups achieve this. You will learn to give and receive feedback from other participants, recognize unhelpful patterns and habits, receive support to actively change these conditioned ways of being, and experience the freedom in being more authentic in relating with others. Book a call via the link below to speak with Brett directly so he can provide more information and guidance. |
