Emilie Nguyen, Manual OsteopathEmilie graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England. She speaks French and English. She practices classical manual osteopathy. She uses hands-on techniques such as soft tissue work, muscle energy techniques, cranial-sacral work, mobilization, stretching, to release tensions in the body. She will listen to your full history before putting her hands on, and deciding together on a treatment plan. Emilie believes that a good osteopathic session is a partnership between the practitioner and the patient, towards the patient's full recovery journey.
